Te Anau Club history
Originally Incorporated in 1970, our 1st ever president was N. Jones. We have had more than 16 presidents since then with Alison Gibbs being our current president.
In 1970 the Club owned its building on the corner of Milford Rd and Govan Drive before purchasing the Fiordland Hotel on Luxmore Drive in 1992. This building was then on sold and the Te Anau Club built our current building on the corner of Pop Andrew Drive & Jackson St in 1996.
The Te Anau club is a member of the Clubs NZ Incorporated and welcomes Members with reciprocal visiting rights to participate in our Southern Hospitality.
Enquiries and interested new members are welcome. Membership forms available on this web site or at the Te Anau Club. Visitors and guests do need to be introduced (signed in) by a member. This can be arranged by enquiring at the Bar.
