The venue in general
Te Anau Club is the perfect location for your forthcoming event in Te Anau. Our function rooms meet most requirements, from the perfect wedding venue or birthday party location, to large, medium or small seminars. We regularly hold events for community clubs as well as funeral services and memorials.
The function rooms
We have two function rooms on offer, The Bistro area, and the Dance floor area. These can be hired individually or combine them into one room for a larger event.
For a more comfortable fit our max is 130 people but we can get up to 200 plus more standing. talk to us about your requirements and we will happily advise and tailor to your needs.
Both have easy access to the garden for an alfresco gathering.
The Bistro and bar

The Bistro caters for around 70-100 seated people and is approx ?? square meters. This room also allows for dining from our in-house catering team and has a private bar.
The bar is licensed for public and private functions and can apply for an extended license as required.
The Dance floor

- Up to 120 capacity

The Club's dance floor is a great place to kick up your heels or listen to the band. There is a wooden dance floor area and carpeted surround with space for our movable staging. With a total floor area of approx ?? square meters this room is an ideal addition to the The Bistro room or great if you don't require Bar facilities.
Our large garden is a great place to relax in summer and often used for weddings - everything in one place. If you're looking for that special indoor-outdoor party location, look no further!
